In ancient Roman tradition, Vesta was the Goddess of the hearth, home and sacred flame. The hearth was more than a source of warmth. It was the symbolic centre of domestic life, representing family, protection, continuity and the enduring spirit of home. In Rome, Vesta’s sacred fire was carefully tended by the Vestal priestesses as a symbol of the city’s wellbeing and continuity.
This heritage provides the inspiration behind the name VESTA LIVING. We believe that a home is much more than walls, rooms and architectural design. It is a place where life unfolds, memories are created and generations find comfort, security and a lasting sense of belonging.
The flame in our logo is a contemporary expression of this timeless symbolism. Just as the hearth was once the heart of the Roman home, our flame represents warmth, welcome, continuity and the spirit that brings a home to life.

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Stavros E. Stavrou
Stavros E. Stavrou is the Founder and Managing Director of S.E.S Holdings Ltd, established in Cyprus in 2009.
He has more than 30 years of international business experience spanning corporate management, finance, business development, private aviation, licensing, consumer products and real estate.
Before establishing and developing S.E.S Holdings, his career included senior international positions in private banking, financial services, global consumer brands and licensing. Through S.E.S Holdings, he subsequently developed SESJETS in private aviation and expanded the company’s activities into residential real estate through VESTA LIVING.
His approach to VESTA LIVING combines long-term ownership, financial discipline and hands-on involvement in the planning, construction and delivery of each development.
